  • Opportunities to add value via enhanced management and cost controls
In addition, Krivitski Kohn focuses on acquiring underperforming student rental properties or other underperforming properties that can be converted to student rental properties (multi-family & condos) across the U.S. Including the criteria above, Krivitski Kohn seeks existing and potential student rental properties with:
  • Close proximity to campus - pedestrian, bicycle, or school shuttle distance (<1 mile from campus)
  • Barriers to entry - limited land available to build new on and off-campus housing, particularly land available to build new housing in a superior location
